We are focused on creating a quality oriented market for the Australian coffee roasting community. We have initiated a quality program with sustainable business practices being our priority. The program is committed to importing mostly fresh crop profiling from single estates, co-operatives and grower exporters. This has instilled a renewed confidence in the coffee roaster society, which now has the power of choice when they source from Origin Traders. Coffees from Origin gives assurance of quality and taste that lingers, thus raising the bar in importing quality, sustainable and affordable products. We are also strong supporters of sustainable coffee growing practices and have set an example by providing fair-go prices to the coffee growing community.
Laboratory
Origin is the first green coffee trading company in Australia and New Zealand to have a state of the art, SCAA accredited coffee laboratory and class rooms for conducting quality assurance. We also provide this facility to the ever demanding specialty coffee roasters, baristas, café owners and coffee enthusiasts.
Our services to the small, medium to large roasting customers range from sourcing high scoring Cup of Excellence green coffees to securing single origin, single estate seasonal coffees based on committed quantity and quality parameters. We undertake orders of all sizes, from single bags to multiple containers and have reliable supply process to reach a wide range of roasteries spread all across Australia and New Zealand.
Warehousing facilitiesAt Origin we have large warehousing facilities to house green coffee and tea for continuous supply to customers. This is complimented by an ample sized cool room with humidifiers for those highly acclaimed coffees in grainpro bags to deliver consistency in quality from the time it’s processed to when it reaches our discerning customers.
